Frequently Asked
Questions
What Are Personal Concierge Services?
The services provided by a Personal Concierge can range from help with online research and tasks performed for you from their office, to assistance with personal shopping, home maintenance projects, client appreciation events and wait services for repair or delivery appointments. If you're not sure if we can help...just ask.

How Does Billing Work?
We discuss complete billing details during our initial conversation. Charges for a-la-carte services as well as monthly packages are billed in advance, while out-of-pocket expenses are billed upon project completion. In some cases, the fees for our services may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax professional.
How Do I Know This
Will Benefit Me?
For our first-time clients, we suggest starting off by using our services on an as-needed basis. We often hear they feel relief that their to-dos are being taken care of once they have delegated a list of tasks to us. Many clients prefer to take advantage of our monthly packages for regular assistance. The peace-of-mind knowing there is less to do is invaluable.
What If I Want To Hire The Service For Someone Else Such As Parents?
We understand the joy of giving someone the gift of time, or an extra set of hands to get projects done, so we are happy to offer Gift Certificates with a 2 hour service minimum. During our initial conversation, we will determine the services and anticipated time requirements. Once we are in agreement, we will connect with the gift recipient to work out the details.
How Does Pricing For Services Work?
Palladium Life Concierge offers a-la-carte pricing on an hourly basis, and we also have monthly packages for ongoing service. We will review your request and detail all pricing options so that you can make the best decision and receive the best value for your money.

Can You Help With Medical Needs For An Elderly Parent?
While we are proud of the support we provide for our clients and their loved ones, personal care for elderly parents, child care, and medically-assisted needs are not part of the Palladium Life Concierge suite of services.
